Shippable Products

ALL our shippable products, which includes DVDs, CDs, Books and Softwares comes with a 15-Day Money Back No Questions asked guarantee. However, you MUST meet with the following requirements to benefit from our refunds / returns on any of our shippable products:

 

You return the item within 15 days of purchase or receiving products

You produce your original Purchase Receipt sent when the purchase was made at the time you return the item

The item is in resalable condition including that:

 

It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;

It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition;

 

iii. Any sew-in labels are still attached; and

 

In the case of CDs and DVDs the original security seal or shrink wrap is intact

If the above requirements are not satisfied TateWorks LLC reserves the right not to offer a refund for returns.

We will however give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.

 

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

 

(a) we will not refund or exchange the product;

 

(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product.

Refunds must be requested by sending an email through our online Contact page to be eligible for consideration. Requests received by any other methods including direct email to a staff member or forum private message cannot be considered or processed.

 

Change of Mind

 

For a Change of Mind refund request to be considered, it must be received by our Sales department within 15 days from the date of purchase. We do not require that you provide a reason for your request; however your feedback would be appreciated. Change of mind refund requests are granted at the Sole Discretion of TateWorks LLC and are subject to approval.

 

All change of mind refund requests must pass the terms and conditions outlined on this webpage to be eligible for refund consideration. Change of mind refund requests are granted at our Sole Discretion. If a change of mind refund request is granted, the client will incur a 20% (twenty) percent processing fee, to cover the costs of refunding financial transactions and time spent on the client project.

 

Change of mind refunds apply only to single purchases. Except under extenuating circumstances, and at our sole discretion, there will be no refunds on volume purchases. Purchaser has distributed the product on peer to peer (P2P) or illegal content (Warez) websites.

Purchaser has attempted a chargeback and failed.
